Refunds: a. When a refund is issued to the Client by Way 2 Pro, the refund may take up to a maximum of 10 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made or Bank Transfer to the person made the payment upon proper identification. Deposits and banking fees are non-refundable. b. Way 2 Pro will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions. c. Course examination vouchers are non-refundable. d. Where a customer has outstanding amount, any refunds granted will be offset against any outstanding monies.
